Trabuco Canyon Water District DROUGHT UPDATE Customer Service About Us Water & Sewer Transparency Claim Form Trabuco Canyon Water District (TCWD) has adopted a Tort Claims Act in Ordinance No. 2006-17, passed on October 18, 2006. All claims shall be made in writing and verified by the claimant or by his or her guardian, conservator, executor or administrator. This Claim Form is provided pursuant to Government Code Section 910.4 and shall be used by any person presenting a claim to TCWD under Government Code Sections 900 et seq.
